There is another new release of rubber at Little Miss Muffet; a number of stamps that were available as digistamp will be issued as rubber stamp. That means they will no longer be available as digi. - These six images in their digi forms will retire shortly.
And the same goes for the next two monsters which I used on my card; Monster Love and Monster Balloons. The daughter of dear friends of ours has turned one and I made this card for her.Now I won the design paper in a candy once and haven't a clue which brand it is, but I really thought they would fit a childrens birthday card. The large 1 is chipboard and I made it nice and shiny with black embossingpowder. The bunting is made with a Crealies die and the letters of 'jaar', which means year in Dutch were made with a Sizzlits alphabet names 'Girls are weird'.
I coloured the monsters with Copics. By making short flicks I tried to create fur.
To get the effect that the balloon monster is floating through the air I made him much smaller that the other one. I used 3D foam blocks to raise the monster and made the balloons all shiny with Glossy Accents.
I decorated the inside too this sime, kept it quite simple though, the same as the outside; I only added a lable to write on.
You can see here that I actually coloured the Love Monster twice; I had coloured it blue, but then I found out that didn't match the sky, so I had to do it again and this time in bluegreen.
